My work bridges biomedical research and policymaking to strengthen evidence-based decision-making and support the scientific workforce.My policy interests include federal research funding, postdoctoral workforce policy, science communication, and environmental justice.I am passionate about making science accessible and ensuring research translates into meaningful impact for people and communities.
